Dispute resolution

If something goes wrong, write to us first at official@thenurco.com. We aim to resolve every complaint within 14 days. If we cannot, the matter falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

A note on the Qur'an and hadith

Qur'anic verses are quoted from the standard mushaf. Hadith are cited with collection, number and grading, verified on sunnah.com. Translations are our own or from widely accepted published translations, and are our responsibility rather than the translators'.

Our books are written to be a gentle companion for someone returning to Allah. They are not a substitute for scholarly instruction, and nothing in them constitutes a fatwa or a formal religious ruling. For rulings specific to your circumstances, consult a qualified scholar.
