Where we ship

Across Pakistan. We do not ship internationally yet. If you are outside Pakistan, email us and we will tell you when that changes.

Delivery charges

Delivery is worked out on your order total, not on which book you chose, and it is applied automatically at checkout. In practice The Return and The Path carry PKR 200; Ihsan and all three bundles ship free.

Digital editions travel by email, so they carry no delivery charge at all.

How long it takes

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days depending on your city. You will receive a tracking message once your parcel is with the courier.

Orders placed on Friday or over a public holiday are dispatched the next working day.

Payment

Cash on Delivery. Pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives, anywhere we ship in Pakistan. That is the only method for printed books, and there is nothing to arrange in advance.

We message you to confirm your order before we dispatch it, so please give a number you actually answer.

Digital editions are ordered over WhatsApp rather than through checkout, so that we can confirm your payment and personalise your copy before sending it. Pay by bank transfer to Bank Alfalah · The Nur Co · PK23ALFH5509005003052258 and your copy arrives by email, usually within the hour. There is no Cash on Delivery on a digital edition, because there is nothing for a courier to carry.

The digital edition that comes free with every printed book is emailed to you once your order has been delivered and paid for in full.

If nobody is available

Our courier will attempt delivery and call the number you gave at checkout. Please use a number you actually answer. Undelivered parcels return to us, and we may ask for prepayment before we send again.

Packaging

Every book is wrapped and boxed. If you are sending it as a gift, tell us in the order notes and we will leave the invoice and pricing out of the parcel.

Gift Edition — PKR 600 on any book — adds a rigid presentation box, a ribbon, and a blank card for your own words.

Lost parcels

If tracking has not moved for 7 working days, email us. We will chase the courier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement at our cost.
