Who we are

Nur Co ("we", "us") publishes and sells Islamic books in Pakistan. Contact: official@thenurco.com.

By placing an order or using this website you accept these terms.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch, not when you check out. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price is listed in error, or we cannot verify the delivery details. If we cancel a prepaid order we refund it in full.

Pricing

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately per the Shipping Policy. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

If a price is obviously wrong through human or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honour it.

Payment

Printed books are sold on Cash on Delivery. Digital editions are ordered over WhatsApp and paid by bank transfer before the file is sent. Our account is Bank Alfalah · The Nur Co · PK23ALFH5509005003052258. Ownership of the goods passes to you once payment has been received in full.

We never take payment by card and we do not store card details.

The content of our books

Our books are written to be a gentle companion for someone returning to Allah. They are not a substitute for scholarly instruction. Nothing in them constitutes a fatwa or a formal religious ruling. For rulings specific to your circumstances, consult a qualified scholar.

We verify every Qur’anic verse against the Qur’an, and every hadith on sunnah.com for wording, reference and grading. If you believe we have made an error in a citation, please write to us — we take that seriously and will correct it.

Intellectual property

All text, design, photography, the Nur Co name and the Nur Co emblem are our property or used under licence. You may quote short passages with attribution. You may not reproduce, scan, redistribute or resell our books or their contents, in print or digitally, without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, misrepresent your identity, interfere with the site’s operation, or scrape it at scale.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the goods you ordered in the condition described. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Third-party links

Our books contain QR codes linking to Qur’anic resources, and our site links to social platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or availability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you order is the version that applies to your order.
